25/26 Registration Dates

Registration for the 25/26 school year will begin soon!!!

CURRENT FAMILIES

Priority Registration begins April 3, 2025, at 10a.m.
You will log into your School Care Works account and click on the "Register" button at the top of your home page.
The link will not open until 10a.m.

OPEN REGISTRATION

Open Registration begins April 8, 2025, at 10a.m.
The Open Registration link will NOT be available until this time.

Registration Process

Registration may be done online ONLY.
To access online form, click on ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK below.
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $95, per family, to be paid at the end of the registration process.
Registrations will be processed only after your payment is submitted and approved.
BEFORE you begin the online registration process, you may find it helpful to use the REGISTRATION WORKSHEET LINK below to make sure you have all of the required information.
In order to complete your registration, please make sure to click on REQUIRED FOLLOW-UP LINK below.

Below is the information that is REQUIRED to complete the online registration form. You will find it helpful to have all of the information on this worksheet available BEFORE you begin the online registration process. If you have to stop to look for information, you will run the risk of timing out of the session and having to start the registration process from the beginning.

In order to complete the registration process, please complete the following:

Set up your Automatic Payment method (credit card or bank ACH)
We will CREDIT THE REGISTRATION FEE for any accounts using bank EFT for automatic payments. However, you must use EFT for the entire school year or the registration fee will be added back to the account.
Prior to June 1
An automatic payment for the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be made. Registration will be forfeited if successful processing of this payment is not made by June 1.
The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will consist of:
- The last 2 weeks' tuition for
  Full Day classes
- The last month's tuition for Traditional classes
Prior to 1st day of school
Health Appraisal and Immunization records must be submitted.

You may submit these records at Parent Orientation, but your child CANNOT start school without these documents.

SchoolCare Works User Guides

The Early Childhood Center uses SchoolCare Works for registration, billing and scheduling. Once registration is complete, parents will be able to create an online account with School Care Works to access all of their account information! Parents can also download a mobile app to any smartphone or tablet!

Before registering, please take advantage of the following downloads which will give you step-by-step instructions for registering, creating an online account (Connect Portal), and downloading and using the mobile app (Insite Parent).

3 Year Old Requirements

3 Year Old Classes

FULL DAY CLASSES

These classes are held from 8:45 - 3:45
Classes are $56 per day and billed weekly

Parents may choose from the following schedules
2 Days = Tuesday and Thursday
3 Days = Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5 Days = Monday through Friday

For an additional fee, childcare is also available for these students before and after class

TRADITIONAL HALF DAY CLASSES

These classes are 2 days per week / 3 hours per day
Monday and Wednesday - OR - Tuesday and Thursday

The yearly tuition for these classes is $2,576
Tuition is billed in 10 equal payments of $257.60

About Us

QUALIFIED STAFF

Each staff member has been carefully selected and trained. We require a higher standard of certification than the State mandates, which means our teachers are Michigan Certified or Early Childhood certified.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe that children learn best through purposeful play and social interaction. We have small classes that provide extensive opportunities for students to excel in active learning!

ACADEMICS

We strive to meet each child at their academic level. We focus on feeding their love of learning, while building a firm foundation of basic skills. Each class incorporates curriculum that is aligned with Clarkston Schools' curriculum.

Open House & Parent Orientation

Prior to school starting, we will host the following events in August:

Open House is a time for you and your little one to meet the teacher and visit the classroom!
Parent Orientation is a time for teachers to meet with parents and answer any questions regarding the class, schedules, what to bring, etc.
